Location: Needham, MA (must be able to reasonably commute to HQ, Hybrid, 4 days in office )
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Process and audit expense reports
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
- Communicate with vendors to resolve any payment issues
- Assist with month-end closing, annual audit and other accounting tasks as needed
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or relative experience
- 5+ years of experience in accounts payable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwares
- Netsuite experience a plus
