Overview

Overalls, a pioneering company offering concierge benefits to alleviate life's hassles, is seeking a highly skilled and curious AI Engineer to join our team. As an AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge products and extending our existing services using state-of-the-art AI technologies. Our ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in building products with advanced language models such as GPT-4, Gemini, Claude, or open-source LLM models. We are looking for someone who can apply their expertise in AI to create novel solutions that enhance our LifeConcierge™ platform, revolutionizing the way we assist our clients in managing their time-consuming tasks and overcoming life's challenges.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for new product development and service enhancements using AI technologies
• Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions that seamlessly integrate with our existing LifeConcierge™ platform
• Leverage your expertise in GPT-4, Gemini, Claude, or open-source LLM models to create innovative applications that drive efficiency and productivity for our clients
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, ensuring our products remain at the forefront of the industry
• Develop and optimize AI models in different modalities like audio, video , image, text
• Implement and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions to improve the contextual understanding and relevance of our AI-generated responses
• Ground LLM responses with up to date information from search engines
• Utilize your knowledge of embeddings and vector search to create powerful search and recommendation engines within our platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to ensure the successful integration and deployment of AI solutions
• Contribute to the development of best practices, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the overall engineering team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• 3+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on AI and machine learning
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or C++ (Experience in AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch or Keras is a plus).
• Familiarity with one of the cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services is a big plus
