Job Description

We are looking for a CALIFORNIA ACSW or AMFT to facilitate mental health therapeutic groups and provide individual therapy for our clients in a Crisis Residential Mental Health Treatment Program located in Sylmar and Downey, California.

***THE ANTICIPATED START DATE IS AUGUST 2024***

Duties:

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions for a high end, primary mental health RTC facility.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments.
• Provide individual therapy to a caseload of clients.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions.
• Create treatment plans and participate in treatment plan reviews.

Requirements:

• Completed Master's Degree and Associate's number from the BBS.
• Minimum of 1,000 hours complete.
• Experience working with mental health.
• Desired, but not required: experience with trauma and DBT.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Experience with DMH documentation (preferred)
• References required.

Schedule:

• Either Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday (Full time)
