Architectural Designer – Landscape Architecture

Bethlehem, PA | Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Full-time

We’re seeking an Architectural Designer with a background in Landscape Architecture to join a growing team focused on site/civil design for parks, schools, and sports complexes. This is a hands-on design role ideal for someone passionate about community-focused projects and creative, sustainable spaces.

What You’ll Do:

• Create site development and architectural concept plans
• Contribute to the design and construction of athletic fields and support facilities
• Conduct field surveys and assist with stormwater management design and permitting
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team on landscape-focused projects
• Engage in planning for school campuses, municipal parks, and recreation areas

What We’re Looking For :

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture (required)
• 3–7 years of design experience related to landscape or site development
• Strong design, technical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects in a collaborative team environment
• Experience with parks, recreation, or athletic facility design preferred
