Well-established plaintiff’s trial law firm is seeking attorneys to litigate and improve their skills. Qualified candidates are adaptable, detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent and exciting opportunity for a motivated individual looking for professional growth and development.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery
• Client consultations and hearing preparation
• Prepare for and conduct/defend depositions
• Draft and argue motions
• Assist with trials
• Manage all aspects of discovery
• Work both independently and closely with senior attorneys and paralegals

Qualifications:

• Admitted to New York required, and admitted to federal a plus
• Familiarity with NYSCEF and E-law.
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual preferred , but not required

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Full-time, on-site .

• Salary commensurate based on experience level.
