Job Description

Weare seeking a Home Maintenance Technician with proven experience to join ourteam, dedicated to providing essential home maintenance services to seniors. Jobwill require travel to clients homes in the nearby areas on the Northshore. Qualified candidates must have a reliable vehicle and clean driving record.

Job candidate must possess a strong skillset and knowledge in the following:
•Basiccarpentry
•Painting,staining, and sheetrock repair
•Fenceinstallation and repair
•Minorplumbing and electrical work
•Gardeningand lawncare
•Experienceoperating tools and equipment such as pressure washers, zero-turn lawn mowers,and other relevant machinery.
•Pressureand soft washing
•Guttercleaning and gutter guard installation

Other qualifications andskills:
•Workindependently and efficiently, managing your schedule and tasks effectively. Demonstrate reliability and initiative inmanaging workload and job assignments.
•Followassignment instructions and directives given by Home Maintenance Team Lead.
•Upholdstrong customer service standards, demonstrating patience, empathy, and respectwhen interacting with senior clients.
•Communicateeffectively with Home Maintenance Team Lead and clients while maintainingpositive interactions and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
•Demonstrateadaptability and flexibility
•Comfortableworking outdoors in various weather conditions
•Hasan understanding of job safety protocols and demonstrates those practicesconsistently and at every job, particularly when working in the outdoorelements, using ladders, working at heights, etc.
•Additionalskills, certifications, or qualifications related to maintenance and handymanservices are a plus.
