- Handle complex business-related legal issues
- Experience with trucking & transportation - Preferred
Job Requirement:
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in high-exposure litigation and multi-party insurance coverage disputes
- Represent clients in court or through alternative dispute resolution methods
- Specialized knowledge and experience in all aspects of Insurance Litigation
- Navigate intricate legal issues
- Adapts to new challenges as the market landscape transforms, ensuring its continued relevance in the dynamic world of business and law
