Job Description

This position reports directly to the AV Team Leader of GDA/KI. Daily operations, projects, and tasks are driven by *** IT staff and management.

Job Responsibilities

• Setup and support webcasting on-site, virtual, and remote.

• Setup and support Microsoft Teams Room video conferencing technology

• Support AV projects and attend project and weekly AV team meetings.

• Adhere to all *** safety and security requirements for contractor personnel working onsite

• Escalate housekeeping and technical issues outside of AV and conferencing technology and applications to appropriate department

• Maintain understanding of current and new audio-visual technology

• Experience with the operations of integrated control systems manufactured by Crestron, Extron, and AMX.

• Working Experience with major audio/visual components such as sound board operation operations

• May require travel between *** sites in New Jersey and Westchester County, NY.

• May require up to 10% U.S. domestic travel to *** sites located outside of New Jersey

Required Skills and Additional Qualification

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-media technologies service industry.

• BA or BS preferred, but not required

• Highly dedicated, organized, and motivated

• Ability to work well with minimal supervision

• Ability to coordinate multiple complex activities

• High levels of professionalism and integrity

• High levels of interpersonal skills geared towards communication (verbal and written) with all levels within ***

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work well within tight deadlines

• Shared commitment to see AV services adopted and grow within ***

• Basic IT and networking knowledge.
