About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Aircraft Avionics Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in aircraft electrical systems and hands-on experience inspecting, installing, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing avionics systems across multiple aircraft types.
Qualifications:
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate or FCC license
- 5+ years of experience in aircraft avionics maintenance or a related field
- Proficiency in reading wiring diagrams and schematics
- Experience with aircraft-specific software and diagnostic equipment
- Strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and quality standards
- Hands-on experience servicing Gulfstream GIV/GV and/or Embraer 135/145 regional aircraft
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, test, and repair avionics equipment and systems, including radar, radio, navigation, and flight control systems.
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and safety standards.
- Interpret technical manuals, drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics to support diagnostic and repair activities.
- Conduct functional tests using diagnostic tools and specialized test equipment.
- Maintain accurate service records, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation.
- Work closely with engineers, pilots, and maintenance personnel to resolve technical issues and ensure flight readiness.
