They are seeking a highly qualified and experienced bankruptcy attorney to join their growing team.
Job Overview: We are looking for a bankruptcy attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join an established and dynamic office and firm. The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be licensed to practice law in one or more of the states where the firm has an office.
Key Responsibilities: - Representing clients in bankruptcy proceedings
- Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Providing counsel to clients on various bankruptcy matters
- Managing a caseload with minimal supervision
- Collaborating with other attorneys and staff members on cases
Requirements: - Must be licensed to practice law in one or more of the following states: New Jersey, New York, Delaware
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a bankruptcy attorney
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Litigation experience is preferred but not required
