A upscale Country Club in Naples, FL is looking for a Banquet Chef to lead and direct their banquet department
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of Executive Chef/ Chef de Cuisine / Executive Sous Chef experience with banquets.
- Luxury hotel experience or upscale country club/upscale full service restaurant experience a must.
- Ability to work in a high volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation, presentation, and service of all banquet meals, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of banquet kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.
- Collaborate with the Catering and Events team to ensure seamless execution of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale banquets.
