Position Overview

The Bar Manager is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing all bar operations, managing staff, ensuring outstanding guest service, and maintaining an exciting and efficient bar environment. As a Bar Manager, you will lead by example, inspire your team, and uphold the core values of HeadPinz Entertainment Centers: Dedicated, Personable, Respectful, Teamplayer, and Trustworthy.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day bar operations, including inventory management, vendor relations, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and schedule bar staff. Foster a positive work environment and ensure team members consistently deliver exceptional guest service.
• Guest Experience: Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, address concerns promptly, and implement strategies to enhance the bar’s overall appeal.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability by managing bar performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in bar management or a similar leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, cost controls, and operational efficiency.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Florida liquor laws and health/safety regulations.
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
