BBSI is hiring on behalf of our client, a rapidly growing leader in the automotive service and retail industry. We’re looking for an experienced, bilingual Human Resources Manager to join their corporate team in Anaheim, CA and play a pivotal role in supporting over 300 locations across California.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary HR leader for 300+ locations, partnering with VPs and District Managers
• Oversee employee relations, compliance, and training initiatives across a multi-site environment
• Drive HR projects and process improvements from the corporate office
• Attend management meetings to align HR strategy with operational goals
• Implement and reinforce best practices for employee engagement, onboarding, and retention
• Act as a cultural champion while maintaining legal compliance across all employment practices

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of HR experience, with proven success in multi-location environments
• Background in automotive, retail, or service-based industries is a strong plus
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Experience working with HRIS systems — BambooHR preferred
• Strong knowledge of California employment law and HR compliance
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels
