Job Description

As a Bilingual Korean Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding Korean- and English-speaking talent for a wide range of light industrial and clerical roles. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process while maintaining compliance with all staffing procedures and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and local community outreach
• Conduct interviews and screenings in both Korean and English
• Match candidates to client job orders and provide recommendations to hiring managers
• Visa processing
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding documentation
• Maintain accurate applicant records in the Paycom system
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal procedures

Qualifications and Requirements

• Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written)
• Minimum of 1 year of recruiting or staffing experience preferred, Linked In Pro experience a plus.
• Visa Processing experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems, Paycom experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
