Position Overview: As a Bilingual Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers throughout the sales process, effectively communicating in both Spanish and English to meet their needs and exceed their expectations. Your ability to fluently converse with Spanish-speaking customers will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships and driving sales.
Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them in identifying their automotive needs and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with customers in both Spanish and English to provide product information, answer questions, and address concerns.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to showcase the benefits and advantages of different models.
- Guide customers through the sales process, including vehicle selection, financing options, and completing paperwork.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements for both the customer and the dealership.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to coordinate efforts and optimize the customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Requirements: - Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Results-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
