We provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy of the highest quality to children of all ages and functioning levels. We believe in supporting the family as a unit and value individualized, client-centered programming. Job Responsibilities: Develop Individualized Treatment Plans Conduct comprehensive assessments and re-assessments Face to face weekly consultation with clients Complete a minimum of 24 billable hours per week as a FT individual Analyze & modify data on a consistent and on-going basis Train and mentor behavior technicians on ABA principles and approaches, and upon each client’s needs Provide direct RBT supervision Conduct monthly parent trainings Maintain open and ongoing communication with each client’s family Provide supervision to Master’s students, if applicable Practice professional communication skills Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in applicable field OR Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Must posses BCBA or BCaBA certification Participate in Continuing Education as outlined through the BACB Must possess excellent oral and written communication, and attention to detail Must maintain a clean criminal record Must adhere to Ethical Guidelines set forth by the BACB Experience with Microsoft An ideal candidate for this position is someone with a desire to improve the quality of life for a child and their family.
