Overview:
We are seeking a full time, experienced and passionate Brand Communications Liaison to join our team and contribute to the mission of creating elevated, everyday diamonds to take women from carpool to cocktail and everywhere in between. The Brand Communications Liaison is a creative, go-getting, proactive, and organized person who gets things done. They are dedicated to relationship building through both our in person and e-commerce platforms, energized by serving our customers and expanding Harvest’s reach through innovative efforts.

The Position:
• Customer Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring timely and professional responses that uphold the brand standards and foster customer loyalty. Work directly with team members to handle communication regarding custom orders, repairs, and shopping appointment requests.
• Retail Support: Fulfill online e-commerce orders daily at our headquarters, pulling and packing orders accurately and efficiently. Provide support for sales operations including leading both in person and remote shopping appointments for retail and assisting with wholesale customers as well.
• Market Research and Trend Analysis: Stay updated on retail industry trends and customer behavior/feedback to propose collaborative, innovative ideas for enhancing the brand’s customer service, experience and marketing strategies.
• Brand Management: Work directly with our marketing contact in managing brand’s online presence through strategic marketing campaigns. Provide support in regards to customer engagement and brand visibility through social media platforms.
• Event Coordinator: Assist in organizing and coordinating brand events, product launches, quarterly photo shoots, and promotional campaigns to strategically increase brand awareness and engagement, in addition to sales.
• Internal Communication: Act as a liaison between different departments within Harvest to ensure alignment on brand messaging and objectives, making strategic recommendations for improvement.

• Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing an exceptional experience that is consistent with the brand
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, thriving in an extremely fast paced environment
• Highly motivated, resourceful, creative and open to learning new skills
• Natural communicator and problem-solver; personable and loves connecting with people and hearing their stories

This is a full-time position in-office based out of our headquarters in Fairhope, Alabama.
