Brand Representative

**This is an onsite position on the Bellevue area**

As a Brand Representative , you’ll be the face of our clients' brands — collaborating with our marketing team in the office, supporting sales teams, and engaging with customers. This role is the perfect blend of customer engagement, sales strategy, and leadership development — with clear paths for career advancement as we grow.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage & Promote: Interact with new and existing customers, promote products, and assist with account creation
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Ensure a positive customer experience by providing product information and answering questions with confidence
• Master the Products: Stay informed on product updates and features to educate both customers and your team
• Collaborate & Succeed: Work closely with the team to hit weekly targets and drive overall business success
• Stay Motivated: Focus on achieving personal and team sales goals.
• Grow Your Skills: Participate in ongoing training sessions to grow your sales, communication, and leadership skills
• Bring self-motivation and goal-orientation to every shift

What We’re Looking For:

• Communication Strength: Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you know how to build relationships and connect with people.
• Adaptability: Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to Learn: Open to new marketing strategies and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Sales Experience: 3+ years in sales, customer service, or similar fields — experience in retail sales, direct sales, or business development is a plus.
