Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook organic meals with precision, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Assist with menu development, contributing creative ideas to keep our offerings fresh.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation, following safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Adapt quickly to changing kitchen needs and customer requests.

What You’ll Need:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Cook or in a similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for culinary presentation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Non-slip shoes required ( not provided ) .
  • Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality.

Physical Requirements:

  • Dexterity: Skilled in handling knives and ingredients with precision.
  • Vision & Hearing: Strong peripheral vision and the ability to hear instructions in a busy kitchen.
  • Strength & Stamina: Lift and move up to 80 lbs while staying energized throughout your shift.
  • Endurance: Stand, walk, and stay focused for long periods.
  • Flexibility & Balance: Bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and maintain stability while moving fluidly.
  • Temperature Tolerance: Work comfortably in hot, humid, or cold conditions with exposure to dust and cleaning agents.
  • Allergy-Friendly: Handle a variety of fresh ingredients without allergic reactions.
  • Climbing & Reaching: Use a step-stool or ladder as needed and reach at various heights.
  • Exposure: Comfortable with smoke and steam from cooking equipment.
  • Clear Communication: Effectively convey instructions and communicate in a busy environment.
