The Breakfast Cook at Ocean Place Resort & Spa in Long Branch, New Jersey plays a crucial role in the culinary team. This position is responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to ensure a delightful dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes, including eggs, pancakes, waffles, bacon, sausages, and more.
- Ensure consistency and quality in food preparation and presentation.
- Follow established recipes and portion control procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Collaborate with other members of the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a breakfast cook or relevant culinary position.
- Knowledge of breakfast food preparation techniques and presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple breakfast orders simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Food handler's certificate is a plus.
Pay Range: $16 - $22
