Job Description

This is a full time permanent role, 4x a week onsite in Boston MA

No sponsorship offered

Must haves:

• Experience supporting construction technology applications – ideally Procore, Autodesk, and/or Primavera P6
• Technical troubleshooting skills - ability to support end users and resolve application issues
• Experience working closely with field teams, project managers, and operations staff
• Familiarity with construction workflows and processes
• Comfortable collecting and analyzing business requirements and identifying process inefficiencies
• Strong communication skills - able to translate technical issues for non-technical users
