Position Summary:

As a Business Banker, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of business clients, with a focus on small to mid-sized companies throughout Dane County. You’ll work closely with business owners to understand their needs and provide tailored banking solutions, including loans, lines of credit, treasury services, and deposit products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients through proactive outreach, regular client contact, and community involvement.
• Originate, underwrite, structure, and close commercial loans including CRE, C&I, and SBA financing.
• Collaborate with internal partners (credit, treasury management, retail banking) to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
• Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and risk management.
• Participate in local networking events, chambers of commerce, and civic activities to build presence in the Dane County business community.
• Meet or exceed individual loan and deposit production goals.
