Key Responsibilities:

Client Requirement Analysis: Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, goals, and pain points across areas like finance, sales, supply chain, and manufacturing.

Business Central Implementation: Lead end-to-end Business Central implementations, from initial requirements gathering and business process analysis to solution design, configuration, and deployment.
*
Upgrade Management: Manage and execute the upgrade process for clients transitioning from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Business Central, ensuring data migration, system integration, and process continuity.
*
Solution Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Business Central to meet client-specific needs, including financial management, inventory control, manufacturing, and other relevant modules.
*
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
*
Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing (e.g., system, user acceptance) to ensure the system works as intended, and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during implementation or upgrade.
*
Training & Support: Provide training to end users and ongoing post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption and optimize system functionality.
*
Continuous Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within Business Central and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency and system performance.
Salary: $110,000 - $115,000
