Business Systems Analyst (Right-to-Hire)

Location: Basking Ridge, NJ (3 days onsite)

This role supports customer-facing systems and tools, with a strong focus on Salesforce, including Experience Cloud. You’ll partner with stakeholders to enhance user experience, improve business workflows, and ensure platform stability and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for Salesforce and related tools
• Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate resolutions
• Analyze business processes and identify system improvements
• Gather requirements and create documentation (user stories, test cases, training)
• Assist in system testing, releases, and user training
• Develop or maintain reports and dashboards to track usage and performance
• Collaborate across departments to deliver tech-driven solutions

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in systems or business analysis
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce (Sales/Service/Experience Cloud preferred)
• Skilled in translating business needs into system requirements
• Effective communicator with strong documentation and organizational skills
• Proficient with Excel, Jira, PowerPoint, Lucidchart, or similar tools
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project environments
• Background in CRM or customer portal support
