Paris Creperie is hiring a full time Assistant General Manager!

Do you have any type of managerial experience and are looking for a change? Our bustling crepe café has served Coolidge Corner for over 20 years and we're looking to bring in the newest leader to our team. This comes on the dawn of us expanding into a bar next door as well - so if you have any bar experience, that would certainly help!

This is a unique position that combined administrative work with being a leader of production during our busiest times. Pretty much half on the floor and half in the office. Some duties include:

• Maintaining high standards of crepes and drink during shifts
• Being able to pick up new skills quickly re: food and drink production
• Training new staff (once you're trained up yourself)
• Working with the GM to hire new staff
• Being an emotional leader of the team
• Being able to work well with the general manager and director of operations
• Swift execution of to do lists and repeatable tasks
• Creating the staff schedule several weeks ahead of time

We offer a competitive pay with a bonus package and vacation hours as well. Our managers are never micromanaged to death by the direct of ops or the ownership, and we support new ideas in any shape for the business. This is a full time position requiring full time commitment, but typically a 40 hour week. Weekends and night are also a requirement.
