We're excited to share a new opportunity with our client in Brentwood, TN , who is hiring 15 Call Center Representatives to start in November .

Position: Call Center Representative

Location: Onsite in Brentwood, TN

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Pay: $20/hour (increases to $21/hour upon conversion to full-time)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, with varying shifts available:

• 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree or higher (required by client)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center
• Strong customer service and multi-line phone system skills
• Experience handling customer inquiries and orders
• Background in healthcare, medical, or pharmaceutical industries is a plus
