Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their client's team in Minnesota. This role is integral in providing excellent service to customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is comfortable handling a variety of customer interactions and is committed to maintaining the company's high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update customer records accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer service delivery.
• Adapt to different customer situations and find appropriate solutions.
• Ensure all interactions align with the company's standards and policies.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve overall service processes.
• Maintain a professional, patient, and polite demeanor in all customer interactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed.

Work Hours

The position requires availability from Monday to Friday, first shift hours!

Benefits

The role offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $18 to $22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
