Job Title : Call Center Representative
Duration : 3+ months contract (Possible extension )

Shift Details : M-F schedule 11am - 7PM
some Saturdays (8-4)
Job Description:
Two (2) years of experience and Bilingual (facility specific).
Primary duties include answering questions, resolving complaints, and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
