What You’ll Do
- Handle high-volume inbound calls regarding Brokerage account inquiries
- Provide accurate, efficient, and compliant service to all clients
- Assist customers with:
- Brokerage Cash Management products
- Online & Mobile App support
- General account and financial-related questions
- Meet key performance metrics while maintaining world-class service standards
- Work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Multitask and adapt quickly to changing procedures or client needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
