Cath Lab Technologist – Full-Time Day Shift – Glendale, AZ

Join a leading cardiac catheterization team in Glendale, AZ known for advanced cardiac care, surgical robotics, and strong residency programs.

Role Overview:

Work in a smooth, low-chaos Cath lab environment with state-of-the-art imaging equipment. Be part of a respectful, dynamic team led by an experienced, hands-on leader who values teaching and teamwork.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months Cath lab or related experience; 1 year preferred
• BLS required, ACLS within 6 months
• ARRT certification and Arizona MRTBE license required
• Complete EKG, Hemodynamics, and IABP training within 4 months

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting pay $34.13/hour to $52/hour with shift differentials (nights, evenings, weekends)
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 2 years for full-time hires
• Relocation assistance up to $5,000 with payback terms
• Typically 8-hour day shifts, 10-hour shifts possible for experienced candidates
• Limited on-call; call pay included

Additional Info:

• Four openings available
• Quick interview and onboarding process with start dates every other week
• Two-year commitment required for sign-on bonus eligibility
