Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking reliable and dedicated Truck Drivers to join our team. The role involves safely operating company vehicles to deliver products and supplies on time. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with relevant federal, state, and agency regulations, standards, and guidelines.
• Identify and mitigate safety hazards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Accurately maintain records and logs as required.
• Load and unload freight, or assist customers with the loading/unloading process when needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Drive routes to Pennsylvania (PA) and New York State (NY).

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• No supervisory duties.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Pass a drug test and background check, including motor vehicle and drug/alcohol verification from prior employers over the last 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical and road test.
• Hold the appropriate CDL endorsements for the position.

Minimum experience requirements:

• 9 months of Class A driving experience within the last 3 years, OR
• 2 years of experience within the last 5 years in a tractor-trailer or comparable vehicle.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Education and Experience:

• A minimum of 12 months of Class A CDL experience is required.

Additional Notes: Overtime may be required when needed. Per DOT regulations, drivers are limited to a maximum of 60 driving hours per week.
