Job Title: CDL Driver Recruiter (Contract, Potential to Go Contract to Hire)

Location: Nashville, TN 37209

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy CDL Driver Recruiter to join our client's team on a contract basis, with the potential for contract-to-hire. This role will focus on recruiting CDL drivers across our various entities, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage high-volume recruitment for CDL drivers, including prescreens and MVR reports.
  • Create and post job requisitions, track applications, and funnel candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Conduct phone screens, process applications, and coordinate onsite interviews as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with market leaders and hiring managers to understand position requirements and site-specific needs.

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Utilize ATS (TENNStreet) to manage candidate data and track recruitment metrics.
  • Collect and analyze data to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with CCP, FCRA, and DOT regulations.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with the recruiting team and other departments to support the centralization of recruitment efforts.
  • Participate in project work, including auditing the ATS, adding automation, and partnering with IT for data collection projects.
  • Engage in relationship-building activities with various stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in a blue-collar environment (construction, warehousing, manufacturing, driver population).
  • Familiarity with DOT regulations and experience reading MVRs and drug screens.
  • Experience with ATS systems, ideally TENNStreet, or any other ATS.

  • Tech-savvy and quick learner, with the ability to adapt to evolving processes and systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong reporting and documentation skills.
