Job Summary
Sustainability Partners (SP) is seeking a high-performance Executive Assistant (EA) to support its CEO & Executive Chairman in driving strategic initiatives, high-profile engagements, and operational excellence . This role goes beyond traditional administrative support—it is a force-multiplier position designed to maximize executive effectiveness, optimize business priorities, and elevate SP’s brand at the highest levels.
The SP CEO is a brilliant entrepreneur, technologist, and seasoned executive, but needs to be augmented with a polished social, political, and time optimizing EA that has extreme EQ to leverage this skill set.
The ideal candidate is a trusted strategic partner , anticipates needs , and takes extreme ownership of all executive-related tasks. They will serve as the CEO’s operational right hand , ensuring seamless execution of responsibilities across investors, customers, vendors, and government officials .

Success in This Role Requires:
✔ Strategic Calendar & Meeting Management – Optimize executive schedules for maximum impact.
✔ High-Stakes Communication – Serve as the CEO’s frontline communicator with investors, board members, and VIPs.

✔ Relationship Management – Cultivate and maintain elite-level external relationships.

Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Calendar & Meeting Optimization
• Manage complex scheduling —prioritizing high-impact meetings with investors, government leaders, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare executive briefings —conduct research, compile intelligence, and ensure the CEO is fully prepared for every engagement.
• Act as a gatekeeper —filter meeting requests and protect executive time for high-value priorities .
2. High-Stakes Communication & Brand Elevation
• Liaise with high-profile executives, investors, and government officials on behalf of the CEO.
• Draft and refine executive correspondence, reports, and presentations with impeccable grammar and precision.
• Ensure every stakeholder interaction enhances SP’s reputation —transforming external partners into raving fans .
3. Business Intelligence & Strategic Research
• Research and synthesize key insights —providing the CEO with real-time AI based competitive intelligence ahead of meetings.
• Monitor industry trends, market shifts, and policy changes to inform executive strategy .
• Support strategic initiatives by developing reports, financial summaries, and briefing materials.
4. Relationship & Event Management
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key investors, government officials, and business leaders.
• Coordinate high-profile engagements, conferences, and investor meetings —ensuring flawless execution.
• Enhance executive networking —proactively identifying and securing strategic connections.
5. Travel Logistics & Executive Readiness
• Plan and manage complex domestic and international travel , including detailed itineraries and contingency planning.
• Ensure the CEO has all required documents, talking points, and strategic insights before every trip.
• Anticipate travel challenges and proactively resolve issues before they arise.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential
✔ Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to a C-suite leader .
✔ Track record of supporting high-profile executives (investors, political figures, law firms, bankers).
✔ Mastery of business software : Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), DocuSign, Zoom, Teams.
✔ Exceptional communication & writing skills —grammar must be flawless.
✔ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
✔ High discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Preferred
✔ Experience in finance, technology, or infrastructure-related industries .
✔ Background in investor relations, board-level communications, or government affairs .
✔ Strong relationships with Fortune 500 executive assistants, VIP handlers, or investor networks .
Work Arrangement
📍 Must be available in-office when the CEO is present (1-2 days per week).
🏡 Remote work permitted on other days—but availability is required when needed.
📅 Flexible hours, including occasional evenings/weekends based on business needs.
