Job Description

Pride Health is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support our client’s medical facility in Parrish, FL. This is a 12-week contract with the possibility of an extension, and it's a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization.

Essential Responsibilities:

• MA duties.
• Rooming patients for providers.
• Calling patients with results/lab / diagnostic testing.
• POC testing.
• Ear lavage/BP Checks, BG checks.

Must have skills/qualifications/experience:

• Knowledge of medical terminology along with good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergencies.
• 2+ Years working as a medical assistant.
• Active CMA/RMA/CCMA certification.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• High school diploma.

Location: Parrish, FL

Job Duration: 12 weeks

Shifts: Monday-Friday, Day Shift

Hourly Pay: - $19 - $23/hour
