Full time (36-40 hrs/week) CNA Contracts available

in Thomas, West Virginia nursing home

Local and Travel Contracts Available (on-site housing!!!)

Estimated Start Date: ASAP

Shift: 3p-11p or 3p-3a, every other weekend rotation

Length: 6weeks

Compensation $22.75-$24/hr

• Two Manager References from separate facilities, please include their title and facility
• BLS
• skills inventory
• COVID Immunization card (strongly preferred)
• Flu vaccine (if you have one)

Once hired we will ask for: (if you have it readily available, it will expedite the process)

• Driver’s license
• TB test and Physical (within the last year)
• Hep B immunization (will accept declination form)
• criminal background
• WV Cares - you may be required to do fingerprints
• dementia training

Housing : The facility offers onsite housing for CNAs for $600/mo. It is a 2 bedroom efficiency apartment on the facility campus recently built for travelers and is within walking distance of the facility. The facility requires that travelers have a reliable vehicle to obtain their groceries, etc. Two CNAs share an apartment with separate bedrooms but shared living space.
