How you will make an impact: 

Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and play a crucial role in providing hands-on personal care, assisting with nurse-delegated tasks such as recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts. Your dedication will contribute to enhancing residents' quality of life through effective communication, meaningful interaction, and support with daily activities, among other responsibilities.

Schedule Varies, FLEX PRN Program Requirements: 

• Complete onboarding process
• Provide monthly availability to PRN Coordinator
• Scheduled on days provided unless notified of staffing surplus
• No impact on PRN status if days decrease due to staffing
• Failure to meet monthly minimum may result in probation or disciplinary action 
• FLEX PRN-A: Commit to one to four 12-hour shifts/month 
• FLEX PRN-B: Commit to five or more 12-hour shifts/month 

What you will need: 

• Valid Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification 
• Passion for providing compassionate care to older adults
