Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – In-Home Lymphedema Care

$77,324–$93,600/year | W-2 | Full-Time | $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (CLT)

We’re hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to treat patients with chronic lymphedema in their homes. This role is not a traditional home health setting; you’ll provide structured, focused therapy within a proven chronic disease management model. Clinicians receive mentorship, zone-based scheduling, and opportunities to advance through the Clinical Ladder Program.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver in-home lymphedema therapy under OT supervision
• Follow individualized treatment plans
• Complete documentation using Pariox (extra paid time for point-of-care notes)
• Participate in team huddles, training, and ongoing clinical development

Compensation

• $50–$60/hour, depending on CLT certification
• Non-treatment rate: $12/hour (driving, documentation, meetings)
• $10K sign-on bonus for CLT-certified candidates (2-year commitment)
• Paid training at 50% treatment rate
• Driving reimbursement based on drive time

Requirements

• Active Florida COTA license
• CLT-certified OR eligible
• 1+ year home health experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50 lbs., bend, stoop, and squat
