14235 – Change Manager (Onsite) – Palm Beach Gardens, FL Start Date : ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration : 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work
Required: • Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in
Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required);
• Experience in communications or change management role (3-5 years);
• Project management experience;
• Experience with Canva, Adobe, and similar design tools;
• Experience with Microsoft Powerpoint;
• PROSCI practitioner certified (ADKAR);
• Valid driver’s license;
• 15% travel to wind and solar sites through US to meet with distributed teams.
Responsibilities :
• Carry projects from the earliest stages of concept and development through to successful completion on time, on budget, and as measured by the achievement of metrics.
• Execute change management activities for distributed teams across the U.S. and into Canada.
• Monitor change adoption using simple data analysis, survey administration, and stakeholder interviews.
• Author large-scale communications, newsletters, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Strategize and enhance foundational change management tools using automation and AI.
• Develop branding collateral to appeal to key stakeholders and end-users.
• Identify and communicate potential barriers to adoption
