What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily clinical operations on the study floor
- Lead and support clinical staff, ensuring adherence to protocols and SOPs
- Monitor study participants, document adverse events, and escalate concerns appropriately
- Maintain a calm and professional atmosphere, setting the standard for patient care
- Assist with clinical procedures, reducing workload for doctors
- Train and mentor staff while maintaining compliance with research regulations
Who We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse (RN) – No bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of nursing experience (hospital, ICU, ER, med-surg, or similar preferred)
- Strong leadership skills – previous charge experience not required, but initiative is a must
- Go-getter mentality – adaptable, sharp, and able to jump into tasks with minimal direction
- Comfortable in a research setting – ideal for nurses looking for a lower-stress but impactful role
