Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chef / Line Cook role. This person will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items, ensuring food quality and presentation, maintaining kitchen equipment, and adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Day-to-day tasks include managing inventory, creating and testing new recipes, overseeing kitchen staff, and ensuring a smooth kitchen operation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fast-paced cooking (preferably on a flattop grill)
• Skills in kitchen management, including inventory and staff supervision
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Creativity in developing and testing new menu items
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience is a plus
