Job Title: Church Conference Manager (Full-Time, Remote)
Salary Range: $60,000 to $68,000 per year
Benefits:

Our mission is to support the restoration of those affected by incarceration through training and inspiring churches and communities both inside and outside of prison. We work to make prisons more rehabilitative, advocate for a restorative criminal justice system, and collaborate with local partners to support former prisoners and their families.
The Opportunity:
We're seeking a passionate and experienced event professional to join our team as a Church Conference Manager. In this role, you'll lead the vision and execution of our signature annual conference, designed to deepen engagement with church partners nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive the vision and oversee all aspects of our annual church partners conference
2. Develop innovative event concepts and create best-in-class experiences year over year
3. Manage conference logistics, vendors, budgets, and contracts
4. Lead the planning process for content, speakers, and cross-departmental collaboration
5. Partner with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials
6. Ensure post-event attendee engagement through collaborative efforts
7. Continuously propose and implement improvements to elevate the overall experience
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of event management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office
- Knowledge of event-related rules, regulations, and laws
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills
- Technical writing skills are a plus
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
