CK Civil is a local to NWA, Civil Engineering firm, but we work across the adjacent states as well. We are extremely busy and are in need of a team member or three who can hit the ground running with us. We are a growing, hard working, but fun team of local individuals. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in career growth as you will have the opportunity to make great local connections and grow with the company. Remote is an option.

Drafter Qualifications:

• Min. 1 year of design experience
• Basic CAD - Civil 3D skills are a must, we will help train beyond that
• Design Development experience preferred
• Construction Document experience preferred

Engineer/Intern Qualifications:

• Min. 3 years of experience
• Land Development, Street Design, & Utility Design preferred
• Licensed professional preferred, but not required

Salary (estimates if based in NWA):

• Draftsperson, 3+ years experience: $65-85k
• Intern Salary: $65-85k
• Engineer salary: $90-130k
