What You’ll Do:

• Lead and execute civil/site projects from start to finish
• Communicate with clients and develop new business opportunities
• Coordinate with environmental, ecological, and surveying teams
• Provide technical reviews of Civil Engineering deliverables
• Mentor junior staff and support professional growth
• Attend industry and client meetings to expand connections

What We’re Looking For:

• B.S. in Civil Engineering
• 8+ years’ experience in civil/site engineering
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and client-facing skills
• Experience managing projects and preparing proposals
