We're Hiring: Civil Structural Engineer (PE - Light Gauge Steel)

California | $100K–$150K

Are you a licensed PE in California with deep experience in cold-formed/light gauge steel design? Ready to work on innovative structural systems and lead projects that shape skylines across the state?

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Civil Structural Engineer to lead the design and analysis of light gauge steel framing systems. You'll collaborate directly with top-tier architects, developers, and contractors—and be the Engineer of Record on high-impact projects.

What You'll Do:

• Design cold-formed steel structures to CBC, ASCE, AISI codes
• Stamp and sign structural documents
• Use tools like RISA, CFS, Revit, SAP2000, Tekla, AutoCAD
• Collaborate across disciplines from kickoff to construction
• Mentor junior staff and shape technical direction

What We’re Looking For:

• Active California PE license (required)
• 5+ years in structural design with a focus on light gauge steel
• Strong seismic/lateral systems knowledge
• Passion for quality, communication, and innovation

Bonus if you have:

• SE license or other PE states
• Experience with prefabricated/panelized systems
• Familiarity with DSA/OSHPD projects
