Job Description

We're looking for an experienced liability claims adjuster to manage Professional Liability, Commercial General Liability, Contractor Pollution, and Environmental Site Coverage claims.

If you're detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excel at collaborating with adjusters, brokers, and carriers, this role is for you!

⏳ Hours: Full-time

💰 Salary: Competitive, starting at $70,000

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee claims from initiation to resolution.
• Draft Reservation of Rights letters and monitor litigation.
• Maintain accurate records in the Claims Administration system.
• Support the Chief General Counsel with claims-related activities.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience

✔️ Adjuster’s license preferred (state-dependent)

✔️ Strong knowledge of General Liability

✔️ Environmental and Pollution claims experience is a plus
