Robert Half Legal is partnering with a notable consumer warranty firm based in Century City to find a Client Experience Specialist to join their team. This is a contract-to-hire, junior level role.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound client communications
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues
• Gather and analyze client feedback
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure data integrity
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

• Proven experience in a client-facing role
• Desire to grow in the legal field
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
