About the Company - Accounts Receivable Management Company

About the Role - This individual will be responsible for collaborating with all company departments and suppliers to provide accurate and timely responses to client requests and deliverables. This position serves as the main day-to-day contact for clients and is the subject matter expert for processes and procedures related to their assigned client relationships.

Responsibilities -

• Individuals will be required to communicate heavily through email.
• Dealing with regular reporting to identify issues that clients need action plans on
• Using Excel primarily for VLOOKUP’s and basic formulas.

Qualifications -

• 2 years in a client facing role
• 2 years' experience with data entry

Required Skills -

• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Understanding of pivot tables and VLOOKUP

Pay range and compensation package - $19-$22/hr
