Title : Clinic Manager

Schedule : Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm

Compensation : Salary + Annual Bonus (up to 15%)

Overview:

You will be working with an innovative healthcare organization dedicated to improving the lives of seniors. These clinics provide high-quality, compassionate care in a welcoming environment where patients feel at home and valued.

As a Clinic Manager , you’ll lead day-to-day operations and ensure the clinic runs smoothly. You’ll oversee a multidisciplinary team, support both clinical and administrative functions, and play a key role in driving an excellent patient experience and operational success.

What You’ll Do:

• Support a team of 10+ clinical and administrative professionals
• Partner with regional leadership to improve patient satisfaction and quality of care
• Oversee scheduling, billing, and daily workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Build strong relationships in the local community with healthcare and outreach partners
• Promote a positive, collaborative workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent
• Ensure compliance with all safety, privacy, and documentation standards
• Manage budgets, staffing levels, and financial performance to meet clinic goals

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in a clinic, hospital, or hospitality setting
• 3+ years in a supervisory or management role
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, billing, and quality initiatives
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) is a plus (open to other EMR experience)
• Value Based Care (VBC) experience
