Clinical Research Coordinator (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Start Date: ASAP
We are looking for a Clinical Research Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience to join our team supporting oncology clinical trials. This role is mostly non-patient facing and focused on recruitment, data entry, sponsor communication, and follow-up tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Help with recruitment and follow-up for clinical trial participants
- Enter data into EDC platforms and Epic EMR
- Coordinate with sponsors
- Communicate with the internal research and regulatory teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator
- Experience with Epic EMR and EDC platforms
- Oncology experience is helpful but not required
- Must be flexible, detail-oriented, and a team player
Key Details:
- Training: 5 days onsite to start, full training period ~4 months
- Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
- Not heavily patient-facing
- Contract-to-Hire (~1,040 Hours)
