Overview:

Clinical Research Professionals (CRP) is a dedicated research center that provides a network of physicians who work collaboratively in conducting clinical research trials. Our team consists of experienced research professionals helping to improve lives through the advancement of new drug therapies and medical devices. We have recently partnered with the Headlands Research Network to provide best in class clinical trial services.

This is a full time position based at our office in St. Louis, MO

The Role

Clinical Research Professionals is looking for a Clinical Research Data Coordinator to assist coordinators in conducting clinical research study visits. The Data Coordinator will be responsible for data entry and other administrative tasks as required as it relates to our clinical trials.

Responsibilities:

Assist clinical research coordinators in the conduct of clinical trials. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist in preparation for study visits
• Assist in the collection of clinical data
• Enter data into EDC, CTMS
• Assist with ancillary scheduling

Other Tasks:

• Collect clinical data: vital signs & ECGs, telephone calls and entering data into electronic data system
• Screening and enrolling study subjects based on inclusion/exclusion criteria
• Verifying study documents

Qualifications:

• Experience interacting with patients
• Clinical research experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsinteract effectively with patients, staff, sponsors, and others as required.
• High attention to detail
• Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to work as a member of a team
• Possess well-developed interpersonal skills and an ability to work well independently, as well as with co-workers, peers, supervisor and external customers
• Able to maintain confidentiality with HIPAA guidelines, patient information and other sensitive information
• Demonstrate professionalism, sense of urgency and self-motivation to achieve required metrics
